Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (Nine-Day Fortnight) This role is on a 12 month Fixed Term contract

The role
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Tech Hub Assistant, to join our IT team here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will assist with providing IT hardware management services and provide first line support at our walk-up service Tech Hub, to business users to the defined SLAs.

You will utilise the IT Service Management tool to co-ordinate and administer hardware deployment services to all business users to SLA.

You will also ensure rigorous asset management processes are maintained in order that all assets can be recorded and track throughout the lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

The requirements for the role include:
Knowledge and experience of;
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
• Broad understanding of hardware including Windows Laptops, Printers, Android Tablets, Smart Phones, Chromebooks, AV equipment (desirable)
• Service Desk or Desktop Support level experience (desirable)
Qualifications and Training
• ITIL Foundation V4 (desirable)
• 5 GCEs (A-C)/GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English (desirable)
• Computing qualifications, e.g. O/GCSEs, A levels, BTEC ONC, BTEC HNC or equivalent (desirable)
