They are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Operations Executive to join their dynamic team.
Role Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our client's accommodation portfolio. You will ensure their properties are maintained to a high standard, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to delivering a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple serviced accommodation units.
- Schedule and oversee management of compliance, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels (linen, toiletries, consumables, etc.).
- Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for repairs, compliance, and servicing.
- Respond to guest queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain up-to-date records of property status, maintenance logs, and operational KPIs.
- Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio (setup, furnishing, compliance checks).
- Collaborate with other departments including reservations, customer service, and finance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, hospitality, property management, or serviced accommodation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - no two days are the same!
- Tech-savvy - comfortable using property management systems (PMS), Google Workspace/MS Office, and task management tools.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred or required depending on the area).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and property compliance.
- Understanding of short-term rental industry platforms (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla,Booking.com, VRBO).
