Crynodeb
To work across the Community rotation Physiotherapy service in a range of ward settings, outpatient departments, community settings and in the patients own home. Staff are guided and supported through 6 monthly rotations by senior staff. Each of the rotations builds on previous experience enabling further development of clinical competencies. The rotations include musculoskeletal outpatients, Community rehabilitation, Intermediate care/ rapid response and In-patient rehabilitation. To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as autonomous practitioner. The post holders will have professional responsibility for themselves and those who they supervise. They will be expected to contribute to the on-going development of clinical practice, standards, research, as well as policies, protocols, guidelines and service development. We are currently changing the way we work to provide some services over 7 days to support discharge and prevent hospital admission, which you will be expected to participate in as the service evolves.
