Search Recruitment Group, of the UK's leading recruitment agencies with offices nationwide and in New York, is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction team in Edinburgh.
Join a sector we've proudly and successfully specialised in since day one. You'll be supported by experience industry recruiters with 20+ years of Construction experience, guiding you every step of the way.
This is a sales-driven role where you'll build your reputation as a trusted partner to existing clients while driving new business growth and relationships.

Your Role:
- Generate new business through proactive B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their preferred recruitment partner through regular reviews and on-site meetings
- Write job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
- Source candidates via job boards and conduct interviews
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal compliance
- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
