The difference you will make as Sales Consultant
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in selling shared ownership homes to eligible buyers across a range of new developments in London. You will be the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, guiding them through the buying journey from initial enquiry to handover and completion. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, organisational, and sales skills. Ideally in this role you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders pre-launch to ensure sales and marketing material is available, also you will proactively manage sales enquiries via phone, email, online portals, and in person.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
• Successful track record selling homes and strong understanding of new homes sales
• In depth knowledge of industry legislation.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal requirements related to property transactions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive approach.
