Weeks: 52 weeks per year
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays

Salary: Scale Point 5. £15,448 per annum actual

We are looking to recruit a part-time caretaker who will support the Premises Manager by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security, site supervision and simple maintenance tasks. We are looking for a committed, pro-active and efficient person who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak to a wide range of people.
