- Deliver tailored, engaging Maths lessons suited to students' individual learning plans
- Support pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH and associated SEN needs
- Track progress, set personalised goals, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Use therapeutic strategies to support behaviour and emotional development
- Work closely with pastoral staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support

Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to a safe, respectful learning environment
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
- Experience teaching Maths to students with SEN (SEMH preferred)
- Strong grasp of EHCPs and personalised education planning
- Confidence in adapting curriculum content for diverse learning styles
- Calm, consistent behaviour management and communication skills
- A reflective, flexible, and student-centred teaching approach
