About the Role - As EYFS Lead, you will:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum across the setting.
- Lead a team of practitioners to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor progress and ensure children meet early learning goals.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child's development.
You will also take on a teaching role within the EYFS classroom, delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs.What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience in EYFS leadership or senior teaching
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
