Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through your product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on products and services we provide as a Bespoke company.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Handle customer enquiries, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolutions are met promptly.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain a level of administration duties.
Visit clients at home and ascertain their requirements prior to design presentation.
Ambition to progress into a field-based sales role.
Requirements
Previous experience in kitchen retail or sales environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing sales processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn new technologies.
