We’re looking for an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning and MINT team at our vibrant Norwich campus. This is more than just a teaching role – it’s a chance to lead, shape, and deliver a transformative learning experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the Course Leader for our Retail Enterprise programme, you’ll:
• Design and deliver a creative, engaging curriculum that builds employability and life skills.
• Teach the Entry Level 3 Gateway Preparation for Employment qualification, alongside Functional Skills in English and Maths.
• Support learners with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a passionate team of educators and support staff to ensure every student thrives.
• Track and celebrate progress, contribute to annual reviews, and help learners transition to further opportunities like supported internships.
What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified teacher (or working towards qualification) with a degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with learners with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
• A strong background in developing employability skills in young people.
• Someone who is creative, compassionate, and committed to inclusive education.
