We are now looking for a QESH Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week (7:30am to 4:30pm).

The Role
As a QESH Administrator, you will support the Quality Manager and QESH team by managing key documentation, processes, and compliance tasks.
Specifically, you’ll maintain company compliance accreditations, manage and update the learning management system, and support staff inductions with a focus on safety and emergency procedures.
Alongside this, you'll also co-ordinate internal audits, assist with DSE assessments for both office and remote workers, and ensure that audit reports are completed to a professional standard.
You’ll also contribute to the upkeep of the internal passport system and oversee PPE distribution and inventory.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist with drafting and updating QESH policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate and maintain company insurance records
- Produce data analysis reports to support business decisions
- Act as a central point of contact for QESH communications across the organisation
About You
To be considered as a QESH Administrator, you will need:
- Previous administration experience
- Competence in all aspects of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong record-keeping abilities
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage a wide range of people
- A full, valid driving licence
