Location: Horsforth office
Hours: Full time (35 Hours), flexible working considered
Salary: £24,000–£25,000 (depending on experience)
Start date: Autumn 2025

Positive OT & Case Management Ltd is looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in helping us recruit amazing support workers for clients with complex needs and you’ll be part of a passionate team that’s transforming lives every day.

About the Role
As our Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
• Advertising and promoting support worker roles creatively and effectively
• Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews with case managers and clients
• Managing compliance and onboarding paperwork
• Supporting managers to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment experience
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking recruitment progress
• Helping to improve and streamline recruitment processes over time
You’ll work closely with our case managers, business services team, and support worker manager and have support and training from day one.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Confidence using email, Microsoft Office, and online systems
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• A genuine interest in people, equality, and social care
A degree in business, HR, psychology, or health and social care is helpful—but not essential. More important is your attitude, potential, and ability to grow with us.
