Crynodeb
The AnDY Research Clinic in Oxford is a collaborative initiative between Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust CAMHS, the University of Oxfords TOPIC research group, and the University of Reading. Supported by the NIHR Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre, the clinic aims to develop innovative early intervention treatments for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. It delivers a cutting-edge psychological service that also supports clinical research, focusing on meeting the needs of a diverse population. The clinic offers brief, evidence-based treatments for children and young people aged 517 with anxiety, depression, or obsessive-compulsive difficulties that significantly affect daily life. Interventions typically last 68 sessions and are delivered one-to-one by Childrens Wellbeing Practitioners under the supervision of senior Clinical Psychologists, either in person or online.
