Based within the Employee Service Centre at Castle Hill Hospital you will be part of an integrated payroll and pensions team that prides itself on making a real difference behind the scenes of frontline care.
In this vital role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and resolve pay queries with confidence and care. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners like HMRC and NHS Pensions, using your expertise to support everything from maternity pay to salary sacrifice schemes.
