Crynodeb
Act as a role model and expert nurse providing in-depth highly specialist clinical knowledge to colleagues through MDT meetings, for patients and carers / relatives. Act as a resource for health care professionals by being visible, available, and accessible for support and advice in relation to the management of patients in the speciality. Act as the patients advocate and ambassador. Ensure that high standards of nursing care are given and maintained. To contribute to all aspects of the planning, conduct and reporting of all clinical trials within Clinical Haematology To be responsible for the day-to-day management of, patient recruitment to research studies To maintain a high standard of patient care in line with Trust and R&D policies and protocols and in accordance with the Research Governance Framework.
