Crynodeb
The post holder is responsible for abstracting and analysing clinical information from A & E cards and translating it accurately into diagnostic A&E codes, investigations and treatments; recording the information on the back of the card; enter the patient data accurately onto the Trusts PAS system; deal with enquiries; liaise with clinical and administration staff; locate missing A & E cards.
