Customer Advisor Team Leader - Estate Planning
£30,000 to £32,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
Sheffield or Bristol. Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a minimum of 2 weekday evening shifts taking place between 11am and 7pm with one in three Saturdays worked.
This role is office based, with some flexibility to work from home in accordance with our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy .

We're looking for an Advisory Team Leader to join our Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of an advisory team who discuss estate planning needs with customers and book consultation appointments. Your team may also encompass administrative staff, responsible for maintaining our processes and testing functionality, and specialist advisors responsible for booking groups under our Community Talks programme. It's an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and adopt innovative technology to improve the experiences of our colleagues, customers and member-owners.

What you'll do

* Manage the advisory team to make sure required standards of conduct, performance, quality and customer service are met
* Inclusively lead and develop the team, manage performance and provide regular feedback and 1-to-1 meetings
* Make sure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company policies and procedures
* Plan and organise team resource to deliver against objectives
* Provide training on compliance, advice and process to the team
* Ensure team adherence to business processes and Solicitor Regulatory Authority (SRA) guidelines
* Contribute to the delivery of a variety of projects, including our technology roadmap, to support business needs
* Take a data-led approach, drawing on reports and team output against KPIs to monitor the performance and continuously improve our services

This role would suit people who have

* Experience of working as a team leader within a regulated industry
* Experience of working to agreed KPIs and performance targets
* Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge others
* Strong organisational and time management skills
