Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Supporting classroom teaching across the curriculum
• Providing targeted support to pupils to boost confidence and attainment
• Assisting in preparing engaging learning resources and classroom displays
• Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
• Taking part in school trips, events, and enrichment activities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Graduate with a 2:1 or above (preferred, not essential)
• Passionate about primary education and supporting children
• Experience with children (voluntary or paid) highly desirable
• Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
• Considering a future career in teaching, child psychology, or education support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
