They are committed to developing and delivering a Local Authority-wide vision and strategy helping to secure better life chances for children and young people.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to both verbal and written enquiries from parents, schools, and other professionals regarding all matters related to Penalty Notices. You will review documentation submitted by schools concerning unauthorised absences and will be required to sign and issue Penalty Notices in line with current legislation and the local code of conduct.
