Full time PC Enthusiast for IT Technical Customer Support. This is not a sales role.
Please note that you must have an existing permanent residence within 10 miles of Braintree.
Freeola is an Internet Service Provider with a substantial customer base. We sell web hosting, email, broadband and domain names. We are a stable and established company based in Braintree, Essex.
Applicants should have a very good standard of English and Mathematics, and strong technical knowledge of computers, home networking, wi-fi, broadband router settings and email. Some of the work involves taking incoming calls from customers so it is essential that you carry a good attitude and have good communication and telephone manner.
The hours are 40 hours per week, mainly between 9am to 6pm, and some weekend working. There is a shift pattern.
Although you must be a keen enthusiast, no previous work experience is necessary and training will be provided. We will consider applicants of all ages.
