We’re looking for a confident and experienced Workplace Experience Manager to lead key workplace teams for one of the world’s leading banks.
In this role, you’ll manage the Go To Team, Switchboard, and MyMeeting teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding customer experience.
Job Description
You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting high-profile clients and ensuring services run to the highest professional standards.
This includes delivering on business targets, maintaining quality across office floors, and continuously driving service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Workplace teams confidently, managing daily operations to maintain service levels
Proactively review operational areas to improve efficiency and develop processes
Coordinate and assist with hospitality bookings and delivery for meetings and events
Conduct campus/building tours for new employees and visitors with a positive attitude
Complete daily and monthly checklists to ensure workspace quality and enhance performance tracking
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven leader with extensive experience managing high-profile client-side workplace projects
Multi-site facilities management experience in a corporate environment
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
IOSH qualification desirable
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels
Skilled at motivating on-site teams to deliver exceptional service and experience
