At Dimensions, we believe in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live full, meaningful lives. As a not-for-profit organisation, we're values-led, people-focused, and proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for seven years running.

We're currently looking for two Support Workers to join our team in Enfield, where you'll be supporting five adults aged 40-60 with learning disabilities and physical health needs. We're looking for someone who's proactive, compassionate, and ready to make a difference.

Why Dimensions?

A career with us means more than just a job. You'll be part of a supportive team, receive industry-leading training, and have access to a wide range of benefits including:

About the Role

You'll be working alongside two other team members per shift, supporting individuals with a range of needs including full personal care, hoisting (for four people), PEG feeding (for one person), and medication administration. One person communicates using words, while others don't use words to communicate so being intuitive and observant is key.

The people we support love getting out and about to day centres, music sessions, and Sensory enrichment sessions. We're looking for someone who's outgoing and creative, someone who can help plan and book engaging local interests and bring energy into the home.

You'll also be involved in cooking meals, supporting with feeding, and supporting with emotional wellbeing.
