Do you love helping others and want a job that truly makes a difference? At Alex C&C Healthcare, we’re looking for caring, committed individuals with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle to join our wonderful care team.
No prior experience in care? That’s absolutely fine! If you have the Right to Work in the UK, a kind nature, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide all the training and support you need.
Please note: We are not able to offer Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship.
What We Offer:
· Paid mileage – 30p per mile between visits
· Flexible shifts – mornings, evenings, weekends, or part-time options
· Earn up to £100 when you refer a friend
· Direct employment – with paid holiday and pension scheme
· Full support with qualifications – including the Care Certificate and NVQs
· Free Blue Light Card – national discounts at hundreds of retailers
· Annual pay reviews in line with the cost of living
Your Role Will Include:
As a Care Assistant (Driver), you’ll bring care and comfort directly into people’s homes, supporting them to live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities may include:
· Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
· Supporting with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting)
· Helping with mobility and safe movement
· Assisting with light housework and meal preparation
· Running errands such as shopping or prescription collections
· Travelling between visits by car – helping us reach those who need us most
