Based within one of our Glasgow Care Homes, the Care Home Administrator is part of the overall care team and will have contact on a daily basis with our residents, their relatives and friends. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills. Experienced and reliable, whilst being fully competent in all aspects of general reception/ front of house work and comfortable in dealing with people from all backgrounds.
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week (9:00am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday.
Main Duties & Tasks:
Meet and Greet
Answer telephone/redirect calls
Collating timesheets
Guiding new staff re procedures
Issuing petty cash
Filing & other clerical duties as required.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
Attention to detail/ accuracy
Excellent Communication Skills
Confidentiality Essential/ Understanding of GDPR
Flexible, Helpful & Personable
May be asked to attend other homes from time to time for cover
Previous experience within a Care Home setting would be an advantage, however, not essential.
