Crynodeb
Under the supervision of the Senior Test Analyst, the Customer Support Assistant role involves: Functional Testing of web applications and interfaces. Raising issues found, proposing resolutions and discussing them within a multi-team group Identify risks and issues on assigned releases, upgrades or changes Report on status of testing and associated issues as required Provision of general application support for SCR, dealing with system enquiries/problems/requests in accordance with customer service level agreement Triaging, prioritising, assigning calls, and liaising with customers. Liaising with customers / developers and scheduling SCR / RMS version upgrades Continuous knowledge development regarding Cancer targets and datasets and changes to the web application.
