Crynodeb
Reporting, mentoring and educational supervision: The successful candidates will retain an educational and clinical supervisor from their parent speciality who will be responsible for the trainees development with respect to their clinical work. In the fellowship role, the trainee will be mentored by, Garyfallia Fountoulaki, NHS England Thames Valley Associate Dean. Depending upon the final mutually agreed project and the specialty school the successful candidates reside in, there will be additional supervision and support. In addition, the trainee will report quarterly on their activity to the Trainee Advisory Committee and will work with the incumbent Chair to identify and develop work of benefit to the wider trainee body.
