Crynodeb
This role will require the post holder to rapidly understand a project requirement and translate that into tanglible deliverables at pace to maintan a delivery cadence within a large programme. This will involve, but is not llimited to Managing and delivering complex projects and project stages with conflicting and competing pressures on the workload and team including dealing with the mixed expectations of customers. Ensuring suppliers meet agreed targets and milestones for deliverables. The role will require a high degree of communications skills, particularly the ability to gain credibility and confidence of multidisciplinary staff form clinical and non-clinical teams, and across multiple different Trusts.
