An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer in Peterborough.

You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one single site. It is a fixed term 12 month contract
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

  • Salary up to £34,000 per annum
  • working 40 hours per week
  • its 25 days holiday
  • Static role
  • Full UK driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

  • Plumbing repairs
  • PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Building maintenance
  • Multi skilled person
  • Hot and Cold water systems
  • Water Flushing
  • Fire Alarm texting
  • Basic lighting Maintenance
  • Fixing lights
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Plumbing Duties
  • Fixings Roof Leaks
  • Door Frames
  • Flooring Repairs
  • Changing Lights
  • Fixing leaks
  • Water temperature checks
  • All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
