Job Description
As a Fabric Engineer, you will take ownership of a diverse range of engineering maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and fabric repairs, across multiple client sites within your region.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to providing a world-class, reliable maintenance service that consistently exceeds stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage fabric-related PPM, proactive and reactive works via helpdesk within set timeframes, exceeding customer expectations.
Oversee building services maintenance including exterior, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry tasks.
Carry out external grounds maintenance duties.
Deliver a professional service that ensures high customer satisfaction.
Proactively liaise with clients, addressing or escalating concerns as needed.
Maintain full awareness of contractual requirements and customer needs.
Ensure timely administration and accurate record-keeping, complying with H&S, risk assessments, and COSHH.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Extensive experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for building services.
Proven track record working in FM or building services within commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
