Summary
The SFM role is responsible for the effective management of site delivery activities, key aspects of which are:
Managing a team of Facility Managers over a dispersed area, ensuring compliance and mandatory health and safety training as well as personal development training
Assurance of both hard and soft delivery for a multiplicity of tasks with particular focus on statutory compliance including Legionella, Asbestos and other statutory compliance areas.
Maintaining key stakeholder engagement with both industry partner and customer representatives
Effective issue management
Co-chairing all site-specific infrastructure meetings with Industry Partners (IPs), customers and Senior budget representatives
Management of Additional Work Service Tasks
Financial Management and Performance reporting
