Crynodeb
To drive a minibus/MPV in a responsible and competent manner, ensuring the safety and comfort of School passengers
School Term- August 25- June 26- up to 20 hrs; additional sessional hrs maybe available.
Carry out daily vehicle checks.
Report any vehicle defects and faults.
Refuel vehicle as required.
Be responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers.
Follow appropriate health and safety legislation
When necessary, assist passengers entering and leaving the vehicle.
Maintain the vehicle driver’s records.
Undertake shift working including some early starts and/or late finishes
Clean and maintain the vehicle while under your control as required at the beginning and end of shift
Any other duties as required to ensure the efficient running of SACT and the hire of minibuses
A full, clean driving license with
Up to date MiDAS certification (or be prepared to undertake this training as soon as is practicable)
Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people, especially children and young adults
Current PVG scheme membership (Disclosure) or willingness to have a check undertaken.
