We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide support for an individual living with a brain injury in Oldham. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with prior care experience, who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
As a Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being and comfort of the individual in their home. The role requires a flexible approach, as well as the ability to adapt to the specific needs of the individual.
Provide personal care and support to the individual as required, including assisting with mobility, hygiene, and dressing.
Support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and managing appointments.
Assist with rehabilitation activities and work alongside healthcare professionals to support recovery goals.
Ensure safety and well-being in the home environment at all times.
Promote independence while offering appropriate levels of care and support.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in health or behavior.
