Summary

Do you have the ability to lead a team a high-performing team?

We have an opportunity at Platform Housing Group for a New Customers Manager on a fixed term contract/secondment opportunity for up to 12 months.

You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Empty Property Officers and Assistants who lead on all marketing initiatives to secure new customers into the Group’s vacant homes. As a leader, you’ll be ensuring that a best possible customer onboarding experience is provided and for promotion of all rented tenures across Platform.

What could you be doing be doing as a New Customers Manager?

As New Customers Manager, you’ll be leading a fast-paced operational team responsible for delivering marketing activities within New Customers & Specialist Housing. You’ll inspire an organisation culture which reflects Platform’s people values and allows them to bring their best selves to work.

You will proactively monitor and deliver KPI targets, ensuring void rent loss is kept to a minimum. You’ll be able to confidently manage conflicting demands, whilst delivering excellent continuous service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Finding innovative and ‘out of the box’ ways to continuously improve services will be key to this role, so you will work with the Head of Empty Property Management to ensure marketing strategies are created. You will consistently review these strategies to maintain their effectiveness.

An ability to motivate and develop a team. You will be someone who leads by example, demonstrating Platform’s people values.

Detail orientated with the ability to produce performance reports and analysis for Executive and leadership groups.

You’ll confidently support a fast-paced team whilst keeping them informed and engaged

Experience recommending and implementing new or improved services. You will be solution oriented and innovative

A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This role will require a basic DBS check.
