Our client designs and manufactures cutting-edge R&D equipment used by global leaders of the scientific community, operating across 50+ countries. Their work helps bring pharmaceutical, chemical, food and cosmetic innovations to life.
They're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to take ownership of their digital strategy, enhance user engagement, and help elevate their online presence.
You will be a data-driven and creative digital marketer with a track record of running successful campaigns, analysing performance, and optimising digital channels for lead generation and user experience.
You’ll play a central role in shaping the digital strategy—from website management to SEO, analytics, content optimisation, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with leadership and external agencies, bringing your expertise to every stage of the digital journey.
Please note- this is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the potential for extension. You must be comfortable commuting to our Dorset HQ three days per week—own transport is essential.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in a digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and web analytics
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Experience managing websites and digital assets
• Comfortable analysing data and presenting strategic recommendations
• Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments
• Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes
What will your role look like?
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales and marketing goals
• Own the functionality, performance, and evolution of the company website
• Lead SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions
• Track and report on digital performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate on engaging written, visual, and video content across digital platforms
• Maintain and improve the user journey across digital touchpoints
• Manage online documentation and hosted digital assets
• Liaise with external partners and agencies to support campaign delivery
• Support continuous improvement and innovation in all marketing processes
• Ensure compliance with digital marketing best practices and regulatory guidelines
