We are looking for a graduate in Sustainability/environmental science or related subject to fulfil a SMART Partnership Associate Role. Working with the Academic Supervisor and Company Supervisor, the role will enable ClwydAlyn Housing Association to integrate renewable energy systems and battery storage into modern housing estates and will play a crucial part in developing a scalable, energy-efficient smart grid solution to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs for residents.
The successful candidate will work with and utilise the expertise with the Faculty of Art, Computing and Engineering within Wrexham University to embed knowledge into the company for future delivery capability and development.
In addition, there will be a £2000 training budget available to support the post-holder.
The role holder will be based in St Asaph, as well as on site locations across north Wales and at the university when required.
This appointment is made as a result of the approval of a Welsh Government funded SMART Partnership with ClwydAlyn Housing Association.
