A well-established professional services firm is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support its growing marketing and client engagement function. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about client retention, communication, and relationship management.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance client experience, deliver targeted campaigns, and support wider business development objectives. If you're looking for a varied marketing role where you can have a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement client retention strategies.
* Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at improving engagement and client satisfaction.
* Produce high-quality content including newsletters, case studies, reports, and thought leadership.
* Manage email marketing campaigns using a CRM/email platform, optimising engagement and deliverability.
* Use CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
* Keep internal stakeholders engaged through consistent brand messaging and internal initiatives.
* Update the website and social media platforms with relevant client-focused content.
* Support planning and delivery of events such as webinars, seminars, and networking sessions.
* Research market trends and collect feedback to shape marketing strategy.
* Maintain and enhance client databases to ensure accurate and effective communication.
About You
You will have a solid foundation in marketing with a strong focus on client experience and communications. You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing processes and campaigns.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role
* Degree in Marketing or related field, or CIM qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships across teams
* Understanding of client retention and customer journey mapping
* Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
* Some experience in professional services, B2B or regulated environments is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
