About the Role:As Front of House Supervisor, youll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across both cafs. Youll lead by example, support a team of front-of-house staff, and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer care all while working in one
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front-of-house teams at both base and mountain cafés
Ensure smooth daily service, from opening to closing
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate shift rotas, team deployment, and break schedules
Support training and development of new and existing staff
Oversee hygiene, presentation, and safety standards across all customer areas
Work with the catering manager and kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow
