Summary
Server Engineer required. Five days a week in Central London. Sponsorship Available
Excellent spoken English. Japanese advantageous, but not a hard requirement.

Extensive work experience in LINUX/Windows server environments.ISP related server application knowledge and experience. I.E. SMTP, DNS, HTTP, Radius.
Detailed knowledge of monitoring applications such as zabbix, nagios, icinga, SolarWinds, OpManager and others.
Detailed knowledge of server and storage hardware.
Detailed knowledge of server security hardening.
Detailed knowledge of server virtualization (hypervisor).
Facility Management, Network Cabling, Equipment Installation.
Advantageous:
Public Cloud such as AWS and Azure.
TCP/IP, Ethernet, Data Transmission, L2/L3 VPN, MPLS/VPLS, Multi-Layer Networking, Optical Networking.
PHP, Perl, programming and scripting. MySQL/MSSQL/other database skills. HTML and other web related coding skills and competencies.
Generic Routing, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP4.
Cisco/Juniper command operation and configuration.
