We offer a child-centred approach where children are encouraged to develop their creativity, individuality and self-confidence in secure surroundings, led by highly qualified practioner's who have strong happy relationships with the children.
We are looking for a enthusiastic apprentice to join the team and complete their level 2 early years practitioner apprenticeship.
During your apprenticeship, duties include;
Toileting
Feeding
Communicating with Children and adults
Safeguarding children
Doing risk assessments
Planning activities

Training
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Anfield Children's Centre will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day
If successful, you will complete a level 2 early years practitioner apprenticeship programme, delivered through Anfield Children's Centre dedicated training provider, Realise.
Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020. We’ve invested heavily in our people and culture, and we want to grow our teams by finding people who share our passion and enthusiasm for creating a better future.
Qualifications required
No formal qualifications are required but must have basis literacy and numeracy skills
Skills required
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills
Prospects
Once qualified at Level 2 candidate can progress onto their Level 3.
Qualification / Standard : ST0888 Early years practitioner
Duration 15 months
