- Helping with communication, emotional regulation, and building friendships
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and family to ensure consistency
- Supporting personal care needs with dignity and kindness

What We're Looking For:
- Experience with autism or additional needs is a bonus but heart and dedication matter most
- A calm, positive nature and willingness to learn
- Great communication skills and a team mindset
- Ability to follow EHCPs and behaviour support strategies
- A relevant qualification is helpful, but not essential

What You'll Gain:
- A deeply rewarding role that changes lives - one at a time
