Our client based in Peterborough is seeking to recruit a reliable and organised Part-Time Accounts Receivable (AR) to support their team for a min 25 hours per week to look after all aspects of a large customer base.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in dealing with all aspects of managing a large customer account - customer payments (& allocations), credit requests, queries, chargebacks etc.
The role is flexible as in 5 hours per day (9.30am - 12.30pm & 1pm -3pm), with in office training for the first few weeks and once trained option to Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities: Managing Customer Accounts Processing invoices and tracking payments Good communication skills and confident Customer service skills. Requirements: Excellent Administrative skills Previous experience in similar role Strong communication, and organisational skills Whats in it for you?
