NOW HIRING: Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager - Permanent - Hybrid - £50,000 + Benefits

We are working in partnership with a leading national organisation to recruit a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager to join their Product Management & Digital Transformation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the wider Microsoft tech ecosystem to drive digital change at scale. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the roadmap for CRM capabilities, supporting complex multi-audience environments, and improving customer and user engagement.


The Role:
As Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager, you'll lead on product strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery for a range of Microsoft-based platforms, with a core focus on CRM transformation. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and external suppliers, you'll ensure delivery of innovative, secure, and user-focused solutions aligned with organisational goals.
You'll be the go-to person for all things Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft product evolution-driving value, adoption, and long-term platform sustainability.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the CRM product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with organisational and transformation goals.
  • Lead cross-functional product squads through agile delivery ceremonies and best practice frameworks.
  • Be the internal expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including architecture, integrations, wave updates, and platform optimisation.
  • Gather and prioritise stakeholder requirements, translate them into product backlogs, and ensure delivery meets business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure platform performance, compliance, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Manage data-related elements including cleansing, unification, and consent management across systems.
  • Promote adoption of new features following Microsoft Wave releases and broader digital platform updates.
  • Champion effective governance, documentation, and cross-team communication throughout product lifecycle stages.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft tech stack, product planning, CRM integration's, data management and user support frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of agile product delivery and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without direct line management.
  • Able to operate confidently across business and technical audiences, translating requirements into strategic deliverables.
  • A passion for building impactful digital products that enable business transformation.


Location & Flexibility:

  • Hybrid working model (remote with occasional travel to UK offices as required).
  • Some out-of-hours support may occasionally be needed during critical deployment phases.
