We currently have an exciting opportunity for a resilient, enthusiastic and proactive ICT User Support Engineer. About your role: As an ICT User Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, enabling end users to complete their college tasks efficiently. This role can involve either fieldwork—supporting and maintaining in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals—or working on the ICT helpdesk, where you’ll receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help requests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the college’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring that all users can perform their tasks without technical hindrances.
