About the Role

Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support an 18-year-old woman with cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and a wheelchair user.

Your role will involve:

Supporting her in the community and helping her engage in activities such as youth groups, swimming, ice skating, shopping, or dining out.

Assisting with personal care.

Encouraging and suggesting new fun activities.

Our client has a mobility car, so a driver is preferred but not essential. A good level of fitness is required as hoists are used for transfers.

Who We’re Looking For

A compassionate and patient individual with a caring attitude and a good sense of humor.

Someone who is reliable, flexible, and willing to support an active and engaging lifestyle.

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential – training on hoist use can be provided.
