At Plymouth Community Homes, we are passionate about providing high-quality homes and delivering outstanding services that make a difference to people's lives. As part of our skilled workforce, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Multi Skilled Floor Layer to join our team and support the delivery of flooring installations—predominantly vinyl flooring within kitchens and bathrooms. A large portion of the work will be carried out in our void properties, helping to ensure vacant homes are refurbished to a high lettable standard ready for new customers, but there will be occasions where work is required within occupied properties.

In addition to flooring, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out other minor multi-skilled tasks. You must also be proficient in preparing various surfaces to ensure flooring is laid to an exceptional standard.

We are seeking an individual who has:

strong experience in laying vinyl and other floor finishes
ability to carry out minor skilled work and property preparation tasks
relevant trade qualifications or demonstrable experience and technical competency
a proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to work
strong team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
a commitment to high standards of workmanship and efficiency
At Plymouth Community Homes, we value our people. We offer ongoing career development, excellent team support and a working culture focused on quality, respect and opportunity.
