Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Support Worker to join a small team of care workers who assist with care duties to a manageable number of clients.
The clients are elderly who often require assistance with meal preparation.
Happy workforce at their Staffordshire location – specifically Cheadle (Staffordshire) and surrounding villages. We offer a friendly and caring welcome to staff, with ongoing support and opportunities for continued career progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure service users are at the heart of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences to enhance their wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with members of multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for service users.
• Administer medication as prescribed, in adherence with company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
We welcome applications from Senior Care applicants who have:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• The right qualifications, qualities, values, and attitude.
• Own transport
Additional Requirements(but can be processed during application)
• DBS checks will be required.
• Right to work documentation.
• Confirmation of previous care work carried out during the past year.
