What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting classroom learning across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Providing small group and 1:1 support to help pupils achieve their best
• Assisting in planning, preparing resources, and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and active learning
• Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support
• Participating in professional development sessions and school life
