Boston College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Assessor to join our established and dynamic assessment team. A multi-skilled apprenticeship assessor for our Business-related standards will typically deliver apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5 (depending on experience) ensuring learners meet the required standards. This role involves delivering tailored training and assessments, both remotely and in person, and supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide feedback and support to apprentices, helping them meet their learning objectives throughout their learning journey.
• Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, either remotely or in person
• Conduct regular tripartite reviews to evaluate apprentices' progress against the apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes.
• Ensure assessments align with established standards and participate in standardisation activities.
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD): Stay updated with industry trends and maintain relevant qualifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and assessment processes.
• Experience in business-related apprenticeships which including customer service, business administration, project management, leadership and management.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
