We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Bedford. This vibrant and historic market town in Bedfordshire boasts a strong sense of community, a bustling retail centre, and scenic riverside charm. As Store Manager, you will:
Lead a passionate and engaged team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in-store. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who’s confident working independently. Fashion retail experience is a plus—but not essential—as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Motivate your team to meet and exceed targets, building a high-performance culture.
• Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of the store’s daily operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maximise Profitability: Execute sales strategies and seasonal promotions to boost performance.
