Our client is looking to appoint a Property Administrator to join their team based in Invergordon and provide support to the property team. This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who is looking for a new challenge and duties include:
Providing comprehensive support to the Property team.
Dealing with a range of sales and lettings enquiries.
Arranging viewings and property displays.
Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs for properties including invoicing and maintaining accurate lettings administration.
Liaising with various internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
Updating accurate and confidential client records.
Booking meetings and appointments.
Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills is essential.
Previous administration experience.
Experience of the property sector or similar is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
